SOOFY LLC (“LLM Router,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We operate on a Zero Data Retention (ZDR) architecture for API payloads. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you access our website, dashboard, and API services (collectively, the “Service”), including our use of the Pinterest API.

1. The Core Principle: Zero Data Retention (ZDR)

We distinguish between 'Account Data' (which we keep to run the service) and 'Payload Data' (your AI prompts and responses).

1.1. Payload Data (Prompts & Completions)

When you send a request to the LLM Router API:

Ephemeral Processing: Your Prompts and Completions are processed in ephemeral memory (RAM) solely for the purpose of PII redaction, complexity analysis, and routing to the upstream provider.

No Storage: We DO NOT log, archive, train on, or store the text content of your Prompts or Completions in our databases or file systems.

1.2. Metadata Logs

To provide billing and analytics, we store only metadata about your requests (token counts, latency, model used, etc.). This metadata never contains the actual text of your conversations.

2. Information We Collect

While we do not collect your AI payloads, we do collect the following information to operate the Service:

2.1. Account Information

Name, email address, organization ID, hashed passwords, and hashed API keys.

2.2. Usage Data

API usage logs, billing information, and essential analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data for routing, optimization, billing, security, and service improvement.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

LLM Router is a gateway. To function, we transmit your Payload Data to the third-party AI Providers you select (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

4.5. Pinterest Integration

We use the official Pinterest API to allow users to connect their Pinterest account to LLM Router.

Our application is not approved, endorsed, or affiliated with Pinterest.We are an independent third-party service.

When you authorize the connection, we may access and use data such as your Pins, Boards, and account information through the Pinterest API, according to the permissions you grant.

Data Retention: Pinterest-derived data is stored only as long as necessary to provide the service. When you disconnect your Pinterest account or request deletion of your data, we delete all associated Pinterest data from our systems immediately.

We do not sell, rent, or redistribute any Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data to third parties. We only use it to provide the features you explicitly requested.

5. Data Security

We implement strong security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, hashing of sensitive credentials, and PII redaction where applicable.

6. Your Rights

You can access, export, or request deletion of your account data by contacting us at contact@llmrouter.app. Since we do not store AI conversation content, there is no prompt history to delete.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies only for authentication, security, and essential analytics.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard.
